How the install went
The owner picked up a brand new 2025 GMC Hummer EV and wanted heat control before the Las Vegas summer really set in. Big glass, a huge windshield, and an all electric drivetrain make heat rejection more than a comfort upgrade, it directly affects how hard the climate system has to work and how much range that eats.
We rolled the van out to Southern Highlands and installed Premium Apex ceramic film all around, right in the driveway. Apex is our top tier film: maximum infrared heat rejection, 99 percent UV block, and no signal interference with the Hummer's screens, cameras, or connectivity.
Front sides were kept at Nevada legal 35 percent VLT, with darker shades on the rear glass for privacy. Total time on site was a single appointment, and the owner never had to leave the house.
